Enterprise Systems - Charges

Charge rates for OIT computing services are adjusted periodically as costs and usage vary. The following rates will be effective with the first billing of September 2002. Note that although the rate for the new processor, an IBM z/800, is four times the rate for the previous processor, a 9672-R42, the z/800 processor is four times as fast as the 9672, so the resulting cost of any job remains the same on the new processor as it was on the old.

(1) UTK 1,2, and 5 codes may not produce mailing labels or personal documents.

Commercial accounts are charged 2.5 times the standard rates posted above.

Non-administrative users of z/OS and CMS systems will be charged for CPU time effective 9/1/99 as previously announced.
